Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from ShopSMCreation. Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, unworn, and in its original packaging and condition. Proof of purchase may be required.

Beauty, skincare, cosmetics, lashes, and other personal-care or hygiene products cannot be returned once opened or used for health and hygiene reasons.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and include photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
